Cancellation Policy

 

  • Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival date or no shows are 100% non-refundable.

  • Changes on date of service or pick up time are welcome at least 24 hours prior to date of service without extra charge.

  • Changes on date of service or pick up time within 24 hours prior to date of service are subject to an extra fee.

 

 

We'll know when your plane lands, so we'll be there to pick you up.

 

Once you're off your plane, you will proceed through:

  1. Mexican Immigration

  2. Claim your luggage

  3. Clear Customs

 

Please note that you have to go OUTSIDE the airport terminal to meet your driver.

 

WARNING:

DO NOT stop and talk to any of the people inside the hallway before the exit. They will pretend that they are your driver, and instead try to sell you timeshares and tours. Please just walk right through at full speed.

It is unsafe to accept a ride from drivers who approach you, even if they look official, they are breaking the law.
